Selling Specialist - Ontario West

Summary

The Selling Specialist supports sales and education leadership by executing in-store selling and merchandising across an assigned territory within the Greater Toronto Area, with specific focus on Eaton Centre, Square One, Sherway, Heartland and Mapleview. The role is responsible for achieving daily sales targets, supporting in-store events at Sephora and Ulta, and maintaining Fresh visual merchandising standards. This position requires flexible hours and weekend availability (Thursday–Sunday).

Responsibilities

• Achieve daily sales goals (sales per hour and ROI) across assigned stores.
• Assist Sales and Education Executive with execution of in-store events to drive ROI and average event sales.
• Develop and maintain strong sales relationships with Sephora/Ulta beauty advisors, store leadership and district managers.
• Provide client service and support while in-store and address merchandising or out-of-stock issues with the executive.
• Ensure Fresh wallbays, counters, endcaps and towers meet merchandising standards and report outstanding issues.
• Maintain a regular store call cycle, manage schedule and travel within the territory, and submit hours weekly.

Requirements

• Beauty industry experience required; experience in Sephora/Ulta environments preferred.
• Weekend availability required (Thursday–Sunday) and flexible working hours.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proactive sales approach and ability to build relationships with retail partners.
• Must have own means of transportation to travel within the assigned territory.
