Job Description

Summary

The Selling Supervisor will lead and inspire the sales team to deliver exceptional customer experiences, achieve sales targets, and maintain high visual and operational standards within the store. This role partners with the Store Manager to implement sales strategies and support team development in a premium denim retail environment.

Responsibilities

  • Drive sales by leading by example and assisting customers with personalized service
  • Maintain in-depth product and trend knowledge to educate customers and team members
  • Supervise, train, and motivate sales associates to meet individual and team targets
  • Provide ongoing coaching and feedback to enhance team performance
  • Work closely with the Store Manager to implement sales strategies and action plans
  • Ensure high visual merchandising and operational standards are maintained
  • Foster a customer-focused culture and build strong client relationships

Requirements

  • Proven leadership and management experience in retail
  • Strong communication and coaching skills
  • Passion for fashion, trends, and premium denim culture
  • Ability to drive sales and meet targets
  • Customer service excellence and relationship-building skills
  • Adaptability to change and innovation in retail
  • Authorized to work in the United States
