Keyholder

Summary

The Keyholder supports store leadership by delivering exceptional customer service, demonstrating advanced product knowledge, and driving sales while acting as a liaison between management and sales associates. This role includes opening and closing the store, handling cash procedures, and motivating the team to meet sales objectives.

Responsibilities

• Support store manager with daily store operations and coordination.
• Perform opening and closing procedures and secure the store.
• Check in merchandise and assist with inventory processes.
• Prepare and make bank deposits as needed.
• Supervise sales transactions and ensure cash protection procedures are followed.
• Promote and sell products to achieve customer satisfaction and sales goals.
• Merchandise the sales floor to maintain brand presentation standards.
• Assist in maintaining a clientele book and building customer relationships.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years luxury retail experience in a similar or supervisory role.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with team members.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven ability to operate POS systems and personal computers including MS Office.
• Ability to work independently with discretion and under pressure.
• Demonstrated ability to influence, negotiate, and motivate others.
