Summary
The Selling Supervisor partners with management to mentor and lead the sales team at the North Park Mall boutique, delivering personalized and memorable guest experiences across in store and omnichannel touchpoints while supporting sales targets and client development.
Responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets
- Coach and mentor sales team on Givenchy selling ceremony and best practices
- Maintain a continuous presence on the sales floor and provide hands on sales leadership
- Develop and deepen client relationships to drive lifetime loyalty and spend
- Apply an omnichannel approach to recommend merchandise across channels
- Train new hires and encourage team collaboration
- Capture customer data through client discovery and personalized communication
- Support operations including visual merchandising inventory control and after care
- Implement hospitality and store amenities to create personalized guest experiences
Requirements
- 3 years minimum retail hospitality or cross industry experience
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Excellent verbal written and listening communication skills
- Strong presentation skills and advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Outlook and video telephony tools
- Experience managing multiple commitments to clients teams and operations
- Key holder experience
- Multilingual skills are a plus
- Ability to mentor and lead a sales team
