Summary
Responsible for achieving individual and boutique sales goals while maintaining operational and asset protection standards. Oversees selling floor organization, POS accuracy, opening and closing procedures, and supports inventory preparation in a luxury retail environment.
Responsibilities
- Meet monthly and annual individual sales targets and support team goals
- Organize and maintain the selling floor including stocking and visual merchandising standards
- Process transactions accurately and maintain CRM and POS records
- Open and close tills and ensure proper cash handling and reporting
- Approve routine returns and exchanges and escalate exceptional requests to management
- Maintain workstation cleanliness and administrative after sales support
- Follow opening and closing store access and alarm protocols
- Participate in inventory preparation and monthly cycle counts
- Provide high levels of client service including greetings and packaging assistance
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of sales or supervisory experience
- Experience in a luxury retail environment preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to multi task and work independently and collaboratively
- Strong organizational skills and open availability
- Ability to lift 0-25 lbs without assistance
- Familiarity with POS procedures and asset protection practices
