Job Description

Summary

The Keyholder is a retail leadership role responsible for delivering exceptional customer service through advanced product knowledge, building lasting client relationships, and supporting store management in daily operations to drive sales and repeat business. This role assists in merchandising, maintaining client records, and motivating sales staff to meet and exceed objectives. The Keyholder also performs opening and closing procedures and ensures adherence to cash protection practices.

Responsibilities

  • Support store manager in managing and coordinating daily store operations
  • Perform opening and closing procedures and related duties
  • Check in merchandise and prepare deposits as needed
  • Supervise sales transactions to ensure accuracy and cash protection
  • Promote and sell products to achieve customer satisfaction and sales targets
  • Merchandise the sales floor and maintain presentation standards
  • Build and maintain a clientele book to drive repeat business
  • Motivate and assist sales associates to meet performance objectives
  • Operate POS systems and store technology efficiently

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years luxury retail experience in a similar or supervisory role
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with team members
  • Capacity to learn quickly and adapt in a fast paced environment
  • Ability to operate independently with discretion and work under pressure
  • Proficiency with personal computers, POS systems, and MS Office
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and negotiate
  • Inspirational attitude contributing to a positive team environment
