Summary

The Sales And Client Advisor (Keyholder) supports store leadership by performing opening and closing duties, driving sales, and ensuring excellent customer service. This role assists management with daily store operations, visual merchandising implementation, inventory organization, and maintaining store standards.

Responsibilities

• Achieve individual and store sales goals
• Perform opening and closing store procedures
• Assist management with day to day store operations and personnel oversight
• Maintain organized stockroom and ensure merchandise accessibility
• Support visual display and merchandising as directed
• Oversee store cleaning and physical upkeep of fixtures and displays
• Ensure registers and safe function properly and support cash accuracy and deposits
• Partner with team to minimize store shrinkage and support loss prevention
• Handle customer feedback and complaints in a timely manner

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar retail or fashion role
• Proven ability to drive sales and exceed targets
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast paced environment
• Commercial awareness and passion for the fashion industry
• Demonstrated leadership and personnel management skills
• Attention to detail in visual and store maintenance standards
