Summary

The Senior Analyst, Workforce Management optimizes staffing schedules and operational efficiency across retail boutiques. The role analyzes workforce data, forecasts demand, and provides actionable recommendations to support coverage, productivity, and strategic decisions.

Responsibilities

• Support workforce management system configurations, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with vendors on enhancements and upgrades.
• Analyze forecast results, actual performance, staffing levels, and real-time adherence to recommend scheduling and intraday adjustments.
• Develop reports and present data-driven findings and recommendations to senior and regional leadership.
• Partner with operational teams and process engineers to refine workforce management processes and assess staffing impacts.

Requirements

• 4-7 years of analytical experience, preferably in workforce management and a retail or similar operational environment.
• Experience using workforce management systems such as Verint, Blue Yonder, or Legion.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, Power BI, or Looker.
