Job Description

Summary

As a Senior Client Advisor at Tag Heuer 5th Ave, you will be a performance-driven salesperson focused on achieving sales targets through effective selling techniques and collaboration. You will play a key role in increasing boutique sales and delivering memorable experiences and services in-store.

Responsibilities
  • Achieve specific sales targets consistently by working on personal retail KPIs.
  • Support and coach other team members on the floor.
  • Promote all TAG Heuer touchpoints to deliver an outstanding experience.
  • Propose new ideas to develop sales through operational action plans.
  • Act as a passionate Brand Ambassador in and outside the boutique.
  • Secure qualitative client data collection to build personalized client strategies.
  • Contribute to daily processes under the supervision of Boutique management.
  • Leverage tools like CEGID and Salesforce for operations excellence.
  • Maintain a high level of store maintenance and provide improvement recommendations.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a luxury retail environment.
  • Knowledge and passion for watches, new trends, and technologies.
  • Fluent in English and local language; a third language is a plus.
  • Strong selling skills and understanding of sales KPIs.
  • Client-centric mindset with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Energetic, self-motivated, and adaptable to changes.
  • Ability to represent the Maison with great presentation skills.
