Senior Client Advisor

As a Senior Client Advisor at our San Francisco Boutique, you will provide a unique and sophisticated experience to clients while supporting the boutique's leadership team. You will coach the sales team, ensure operational excellence, and maintain brand standards, acting as a role model for the team.

• Provide impeccable service and act as a brand ambassador.
• Tailor client experiences to exceed expectations and drive sales KPIs.
• Mentor and coach team members, sharing best practices and product knowledge.
• Create and maintain a positive work environment encouraging teamwork and collaboration.
• Build and maintain a strong client portfolio through proactive outreach.
• Ensure qualitative monitoring and updating of CRM for client retention.
• Create personalized silhouettes for clients and act as MOD when required.
• Execute opening/closing procedures and maintain visual merchandising standards.
• Provide insights into fashion trends and support inventory processes.

• 3+ years of luxury retail sales experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in Women's and Men's RTW.
• Results-driven with leadership capabilities.
• Adaptable and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible schedule availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
