Senior Client Advisor

As a Senior Client Advisor at our Greenwich location, you will be responsible for achieving sales targets and developing client relationships. You will lead by example in customer service, visual merchandising, and operational standards, and oversee the store in the absence of management.

• Achieve daily, monthly, and annual sales targets and key performance indicators.
• Establish and manage client relationships consistent with brand standards.
• Set the example for exceptional customer service and store standards.
• Maintain the selling floor, merchandise, visuals, and store standards.
• Grow existing client base and reach new prospects through networking.
• Support operational tasks and projects.
• Open and close the store and conduct all opening and closing procedures.
• Participate in special events and projects as needed.
• Adhere to all store and company procedures.

• High School Diploma or GED required; College Degree preferred.
• Prior experience in a retail/boutique store with high-end goods.
• Established clientele following is ideal.
• Open scheduling availability based on business needs.
• Outgoing, energetic, and professional demeanor.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Independent work ethic and excellent time management skills.
