Summary
The Senior Client Advisor is responsible for achieving sales and client development objectives while modeling customer service excellence, visual merchandising and operational standards. In the absence of store management this role oversees store operations and staff and supports special events and projects.
Responsibilities
- Achieve daily, monthly and annual sales targets and key performance indicators
- Establish and maintain relationships with clients and manage client communications
- Provide exceptional customer service and uphold the client experience
- Maintain selling floor, merchandise visuals and store standards
- Grow existing clientele and prospect for new clients through networking and outreach
- Support operational tasks and store projects including inventory and sample sales
- Open and close the store and perform all opening and closing procedures
- Oversee store and staff when most senior presence in store
- Participate in local market activities and represent brand professionally
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred
- Prior retail experience in a boutique or high end environment
- Established clientele following preferred
- Availability to work variable schedule including seven day operations
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Professional demeanor with strong work ethic and time management
- Ability to handle customer interactions and resolve issues courteously
