Senior Client Advisor - Santa Clara Valley Fair

Summary

The Senior Client Advisor delivers exceptional luxury client experiences while supporting boutique leadership, coaching the sales team, and ensuring operational and visual standards are met. This role drives store and individual KPIs, builds and maintains client relationships, and may act as manager on duty when required. The position requires adaptability, leadership, and a flexible schedule including evenings weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide impeccable personalized service and act as a brand ambassador
• Coach mentor and support sales team members to achieve targets
• Drive KPIs including appointments conversion repurchase rate and UPT
• Manage CRM data enrichment and proactive client outreach
• Execute opening closing procedures and hold store keys as needed
• Act as manager on duty overseeing floor operations and team coordination
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and assist with inventory processes
• Share product knowledge and insights on fashion trends

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of luxury retail sales experience
• Experience with women's and men's ready to wear
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Results driven with demonstrated leadership and coaching ability
• Comfortable in a fast paced environment with adaptable approach
• Flexible availability including evenings weekends and holidays
