As a Senior Client Advisor at Dolce & Gabbana's Charlotte SouthPark Mall boutique, you will provide a unique and sophisticated experience to clients while supporting the boutique's leadership team. You will uphold the brand's values and image, acting as a role model for the team.

• Provide impeccable service and act as a brand ambassador.
• Tailor client experiences to exceed expectations.
• Drive individual and store KPIs including Consignment, Appointments, and Conversion.
• Mentor and coach team members, sharing best practices.
• Create and maintain a positive work environment.
• Build and maintain a strong client portfolio through proactive outreach.
• Ensure qualitative monitoring and updating of CRM.
• Create personalized silhouettes for clients.
• Act as MOD when required, overseeing floor operations.
• Execute opening/closing procedures and hold store keys.
• Provide insights into fashion trends and luxury market developments.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and support inventory processes.
• Foster a collaborative and professional store environment.

• 3+ years of luxury retail sales experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in Women's and Men's RTW.
• Results-driven with leadership capabilities.
• Adaptable and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible schedule availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
