Responsibilities

• Provide impeccable personalized service and act as a brand ambassador.
• Drive individual and store KPIs including appointments conversion and repurchase rate.
• Coach and mentor sales team members and share best practices.
• Manage client portfolio through proactive outreach and CRM data enrichment.
• Act as manager on duty when required and oversee floor operations.
• Execute opening and closing procedures and hold store keys as needed.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and support inventory processes.
• Provide insights on fashion trends and luxury market developments.
• Foster a collaborative and professional store environment.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of luxury retail sales experience.
• Experience with womens and mens ready to wear.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated leadership and results driven performance.
• Adaptability to fast paced retail environment.
• Flexible availability including evenings weekends and holidays.
