Senior Client Advisor - Studio City

Summary

The Senior Client Advisor is responsible for achieving sales targets and developing client relationships at the Studio City store while upholding customer service, visual merchandising, and operational standards. They act as the most senior presence in the store in the absence of management and oversee store operations and staff. The role involves growing existing clients, reaching new prospects, supporting events and projects, and managing opening and closing procedures.

Responsibilities

• Achieve daily, monthly, and annual sales targets and key performance indicators.
• Establish and maintain relationships with clients and manage communications consistent with brand standards.
• Set the example for exceptional customer service, client experience, visual merchandising, and store standards.
• Maintain the selling floor, merchandise presentation, and inventory standards; open and close the store.
• Support operational tasks, special events (e.g., sample sales, physical inventory), and local market outreach.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• Prior experience in a retail/boutique environment selling high-end goods with a clientele-oriented focus; ideally has an established clientele following.
• Availability for variable scheduling including weekend and seven-day operation needs.
• Outgoing, professional demeanor with strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills, time management, and the ability to handle customer interactions courteously and professionally.
