Summary

As a Senior Data Scientist you will develop and deploy advanced analytics and machine learning solutions to drive business insights for store and eCommerce operations. You will partner with cross-functional teams to translate business problems into data-driven strategies and measurable outcomes. The role requires delivering scalable models and effectively communicating findings to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy predictive models and algorithms to improve customer experience and operations.
• Analyze large structured and unstructured datasets to generate actionable insights.
• Collaborate with product, merchandising, and engineering teams to define analytics requirements and implement solutions.
• Monitor model performance, troubleshoot production issues, and implement continuous improvement.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in data science, machine learning, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Python and SQL; experience with ML frameworks such as scikit-learn or TensorFlow.
• Strong statistical background and experience with model evaluation and validation.
• Experience with large-scale data platforms and data visualization tools.
