Senior FP&A Analyst

Summary

The Senior FP&A Analyst will support North America financial planning and analysis, providing visibility into business performance through budgeting, forecasting, monthly close, and reporting. This role partners with commercial and corporate stakeholders to deliver financial insights and support strategic initiatives. The analyst will build and maintain financial models and contribute to process improvements and ad-hoc analyses.

Responsibilities

• Consolidate inputs for annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and periodic reforecasts across departments
• Execute the monthly close process, calculate accruals, and perform variance analysis to budget
• Maintain monthly reporting and communications to corporate and commercial stakeholders and headquarters
• Develop and maintain financial models and support continuous improvements to planning and reporting processes
• Deliver ad-hoc analyses and contribute to cross-functional projects and business reviews

Requirements

• 2-4 years of progressive FP&A, corporate finance, or related analytical finance experience
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and variance analysis; retail or luxury experience preferred
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with SAP, PowerBI, and Anaplan is a plus
• Strong attention to detail, analytical mindset, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present financial information clearly to stakeholders
