Senior Sales Audit Analyst

Summary

The Senior Sales Audit Analyst supports the finance team by ensuring sales and revenue processes comply with company policies and relevant standards. This role reconciles retail, e-commerce, and marketplace sales with funds received, monitors cash-management compliance, and provides daily support to retail teams.

Responsibilities

• Reconcile point-of-sale transactions with collected funds and investigate discrepancies with retail, IT, and other teams.
• Review concession settlements, reconcile e-commerce and marketplace payments, and process receivable account clearings.
• Manage chargeback disputes and customer refunds, and record inventory movements for reimbursed lost products.
• Support month-end close, prepare sales reports for retail landlords, and respond to store inquiries.
• Partner with Retail Operations and Loss Prevention on internal controls, cash handling, audits, and special projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of finance experience in retail or sales operations, with accounting and reconciliation experience.
• Advanced Excel proficiency, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP; experience with SAP S/4 is required.
• Strong analytical, research, communication, and problem-solving skills with close attention to detail.
• Knowledge of retail operations, point-of-sale systems, sales strategies, and compliance standards.
