US Staff Accountant

Summary

The Staff Accountant will manage finance operations for the US business and serve as a key link between the US team and UK accounting. This hybrid role is based in the New York office and supports accounting, payroll, cash management, tax, and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Process US accounts payable, payments, vendor records, and annual 1099 filings.
• Administer corporate cards and expenses, including expense reporting and inquiries.
• Monitor and reconcile US bank accounts, deposits, and merchant accounts.
• Process biweekly payroll and reconcile reimbursements and payroll deductions.
• Prepare sales tax reports and support tax matters, notices, and audits.
• Coordinate with UK finance on commission and bonus payments and support other US operational projects.
