Summary
The Senior Manager, Client Insights will transform data into actionable insights to drive client-centric campaigns and support a 360 omnichannel targeting strategy. This role partners cross-functionally to develop, launch, refine and scale client development activities that align with commercial priorities and drive sales growth and ongoing client engagement.
Responsibilities
- Define and build client-related KPIs and sales targeting at regional market and store levels.
- Develop a rolling regional contact strategy to support always-on clienteling and outreach tied to the commercial calendar.
- Design and develop reports to understand client behavior and monitor client-based initiatives.
- Perform hands-on analysis of client data using MicroStrategy and other BI tools on recurring and ad-hoc bases.
- Support Retail and Digital teams with targeting guidance to identify high potential clients.
- Transform data into client-centric business intelligence using query and reporting tools.
- Develop monitoring best practices to interpret omni-channel client behavior across channels and markets.
- Manage data quality activities including client merges and reassignments.
- Manage the CRM portal and provide ad hoc targeted lists and analyses for cross-functional teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, MIS, statistics, marketing or economics; Masters or MBA a plus.
- 5+ years of experience in market research customer analytics retail eCommerce or integrated marketing.
- Experience with project management change management and business process redesign a plus.
- High level expertise with BI tools such as MicroStrategy Business Objects or Cognos and SQL query tuning.
- Experience with CRM systems such as Oracle Siebel or Acxiom and web analytics tools like Google Analytics.
- Strong technical analytical and statistical competencies with retail math and Excel knowledge.
- Proven analytical skills including statistical modeling competencies.
