Senior Manager, Consolidation And Reporting

Summary

Lead global consolidation and financial reporting for the organization, ensuring accuracy and compliance with reporting standards while driving process improvements and supporting finance transformation initiatives. Partner with group finance, external auditors, and local market teams to manage multi-currency consolidation, intercompany eliminations, and complex accounting areas. Provide executive-ready analysis and insights to support decision making and accelerate close processes.

Responsibilities

• Own monthly, quarterly, and annual global consolidation for P and L, balance sheet, and cash flow
• Lead multi-currency consolidation, FX translation, and foreign exchange analysis
• Manage intercompany eliminations, reconciliations, and inventory margin accounting
• Ensure accurate accounting for accruals, provisions, and inventory reserves
• Prepare and review group reporting packages including actuals, forecasts, and budgets
• Partner with group finance, external auditors, and local finance teams
• Drive close acceleration, process improvements, and control enhancements
• Provide variance analysis and executive-ready financial insights
• Support finance transformation, systems, and automation projects

Requirements

• 6 years of experience in consolidation, audit, or global accounting
• Strong knowledge of IFRS consolidation principles; US GAAP exposure a plus
• Experience in a large international matrix organization
• Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables, lookups, and macros
• ERP experience such as AX Dynamics or Oracle
• Strong communication skills and ability to interact with senior stakeholders
• Detail driven with ability to see the big picture
• Fluent in English; French is a plus
