Senior Manager, In-Store Experience, Business Operations

Summary

The Senior Manager, Business Operations supports the U.S. Fragrance and Beauty retail network by strengthening financial governance, planning, data systems, and performance reporting. This role connects financial, inventory, operational, and performance data to inform investment decisions and improve execution.

Responsibilities

• Lead budget planning, forecasting, reconciliation, retailer billing, financial reporting, and CAPEX investment tracking.
• Oversee inventory planning and operational readiness for merchandising and retail environment assets.
• Own governance and continuous improvement of the Merchandising Database, including data integrity, reporting, and adoption.
• Develop KPI dashboards and performance insights to support investment decisions and measure project impact.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Advanced Excel skills, including managing large data sets and building trackers and reporting tools.
• Strong financial acumen and analytical skills, with experience interpreting data and turning insights into recommendations.
• Ability to manage complex processes and collaborate across teams; relevant retail, beauty, merchandising, finance, supply chain, inventory planning, or operations experience is preferred.
