Senior Manager, In-Store Experience, Business Operations

Summary

The Senior Manager, Business Operations supports the Fragrance & Beauty CAPEX & Store Experience team by developing business processes, financial governance, planning capabilities, reporting, and analytical tools for the U.S. retail network. The role connects budgets, inventory, data, and performance to enable strategic investment decisions and stronger execution across boutiques, department stores, and specialty retail. The position partners cross-functionally to ensure in-store environments are operationally feasible, consistent, and aligned with business priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial planning, forecasting, reconciliation, retailer billing, and reporting for Store Experience and CAPEX investments.
• Maintain investment tracking, budget governance, and ROI measurement frameworks to inform capital planning.
• Lead inventory planning and operational readiness for permanent merchandising, POS elements, and retail environment assets.
• Own governance and data integrity of the Merchandising Database; partner with IT to enhance platform functionality and reporting.
• Develop KPI reporting, dashboards, and executive-ready insights to evaluate performance and measure impact of store investments.
• Partner cross-functionally with Finance, Production, Store Design, Merchandise Planning, Supply Planning, Field teams, and external vendors.

Requirements

• Minimum three days in-person per week at the NYC office (partially remote role).
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience managing large data sets and building reporting tools.
• Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets, forecasts, reconciliations, and invoices.
• Highly analytical with experience in retail, merchandising, store design, CAPEX, supply chain, or operations preferred.
