Senior Manager, Boutique Transformation Excellence

Summary

The Senior Manager, Boutique Transformation Excellence will lead initiatives to optimize the boutique network by driving governance, communications, project management, and policy oversight. This role owns the Fashion Retail Activity Calendar and establishes centralized communications and resources to improve visibility and predictability for Retail Leadership. The position partners cross-functionally to implement transformative solutions and ensures alignment between corporate and boutique teams to elevate retail ways of working.

Responsibilities

• Drive governance and operating rhythm for the Fashion Retail Activity Calendar, including intake, approvals, publishing, and change management.
• Establish and manage a single source of truth for retail communications, launching an interim weekly digest and central hub and partnering with Fashion Tech on automation.
• Manage project activities for Boutique Excellence transformation initiatives, coordinating stakeholders across Retail, Tech, P&O, and Operations.
• Own governance for US fashion retail policies and procedures, maintain policy documentation (SharePoint), and communicate updates to retail teams.
• Create and execute editorial content sourcing, drafting, scheduling, archiving, and continuous improvement for retail communications.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in retail communications or store operations, preferably with a luxury brand.
• Strong project management skills and experience with digital communication tools (PowerPoint, Excel, Smartsheet).
• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities and demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional teams.
• Understanding of the retail ecosystem and experience translating feedback into process improvements.
