Facilities Manager

Summary

The Facilities Manager is responsible for the overall management and maintenance of all retail store locations and the corporate office, ensuring safe, efficient, and well-maintained environments. This role oversees facility operations, vendor and contractor relationships, and partners with store and cross-functional teams to manage timelines, budgets, and project priorities. The Facilities Manager diagnoses and resolves HVAC, electrical, and water issues, supports store openings and closings, and enforces building, safety, and accessibility standards.

Responsibilities

• Plan day-to-day and annual maintenance workflows and establish project priorities
• Manage vendors and contractors, negotiate terms, and ensure timely, cost-effective execution
• Build and monitor project budgets and timelines; create purchase orders and track invoices in SAP
• Schedule repairs with sensitivity to store operating hours and business needs
• Diagnose HVAC, electrical, and water issues and coordinate vendor resolution
• Support pre-construction, on-site construction activities, punch-list closeouts, and tenant allowance coordination
• Maintain vendor database and issue monthly reports on maintenance activity, cost, and time

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Facilities Manager and/or Project Manager, ideally in retail or luxury retail
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Strong budget management, project management, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), including pivot tables and VLOOKUPs
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD and SAP preferred; experience with Service Channel a plus
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize in a fast-paced, multi-site environment
• Ability to work extended hours and travel as needed
