Summary
As a Senior Manager on the Fashion Retail Tech Strategy team in New York, you will lead delivery of strategic technology programs that modernize boutique operations and client-facing systems. You will own a portfolio of initiatives—including next-generation POS and AI-enabled labor scheduling—driving cross-functional alignment, adoption, and measurable retail outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end program planning, execution, and monitoring across multiple concurrent workstreams.
- Own flagship initiatives such as POS rollouts, retail operations optimization, and workforce tooling deployments.
- Align stakeholders across Boutique Excellence, Client Engagement, Technology, and vendors through governance, steering forums, and clear communications.
- Translate business needs into structured requirements, process flows, user stories, and solution design guidance.
- Manage program-level risks, interdependencies, and escalations; establish mitigation strategies and deliver leadership materials.
- Drive change management, user acceptance testing, and adoption planning to ensure successful launches.
- Mentor and coach project managers and elevate project management practices across the team.
Requirements
- Minimum 8 years of project and program management experience, with a track record leading technology initiatives in retail or retail operations.
- Deep experience with POS systems, in-store technology platforms, or retail workforce tools preferred.
- Fluency in Agile or hybrid delivery methodologies and experience with Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence).
- Strong stakeholder management, executive-level communication, and change management skills.
- Project management certification (e.g., PMP) preferred; proficiency in Microsoft 365 required.
- Partially remote role requiring a minimum of three days in-person per week at the NYC office; minimal travel (less than 10%).
