Summary
The Senior Manager of Program Management will lead a multi-year transformation of store fulfillment operations, owning portfolio strategy, governance, and scaled deployment of new capabilities across approximately 400 store locations. This leader partners with Product & Technology, Store Operations, Digital, Supply Chain, and Transportation to define solutions, prioritize roadmaps, and deliver measurable improvements in fulfillment performance, cost, and customer satisfaction. The role includes managing and developing a team of senior leaders to ensure durable adoption and operational excellence.
Responsibilities
- Develop and drive a three-year transformation roadmap aligned to enterprise fulfillment strategy and program KPIs.
- Own integrated portfolio strategy, governance, prioritization, and operating cadence for store fulfillment initiatives.
- Lead end-to-end capability delivery with Product and Technology from requirements, UAT/pilots, rollout, to scaled deployment.
- Design and champion automation, role-based guided workflows, and AI-driven use cases for exception prediction and next-best-action guidance.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Store Operations, Digital, Supply Chain, Transportation, and other partners to align roadmaps and deliverables.
- Lead change management, develop training and enablement materials, and drive adoption across store teams.
Requirements
- 9+ years of related experience in omnichannel retail operations, store operations, supply chain, last-mile, or equivalent.
- Proven track record delivering large-scale transformation programs and redesigning workflows across multiple sites.
- Experience with modernization efforts such as AI-driven decisioning, automation with human-in-the-loop, RFID or inventory confidence programs, or workflow orchestration.
- Strong analytical skills, metric definition, and experience with data-driven decision making and reporting.
- Demonstrated leadership and experience developing and coaching teams; proficiency with tools like Excel, Jira, Confluence, Aha!, Tableau, Looker, Power BI; SQL experience a plus.
