Summary
Lead enterprise programs to improve inventory visibility, traceability, and controls across the inventory lifecycle. Translate strategic objectives into executable roadmaps, coordinate cross-functional teams, and drive governance to ensure programs deliver measurable business outcomes. Focus on scaling automation and AI-enabled capabilities while managing risk, dependencies, and adoption.
Responsibilities
- Own and lead complex, enterprise-scale programs from concept through launch and adoption.
- Translate strategy into sequenced roadmaps with clear scope, milestones, and success measures.
- Coordinate across business, product, engineering, data, finance, and operations to align priorities and surface dependencies.
- Influence product and technology roadmaps to strengthen inventory controls and align physical, logical, and financial inventory views.
- Drive program governance including intake, prioritization, risk management, dependency tracking, and executive-level status communication.
- Partner with analytics and product teams to ensure automation-first and AI-enabled capabilities include clear requirements, operational readiness, and controls.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or relevant master’s degree a plus.
- 5+ years of experience in program management, product management, consulting, strategy, finance, or operations with increasing cross-functional responsibility.
- Proven success leading complex, enterprise-scale programs in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.
- Strong ability to lead through influence and align senior stakeholders without direct authority.
- Experience translating strategy into execution, including roadmap development, dependency management, and measurable outcomes.
- Comfort partnering with product, engineering, and analytics teams and strong business acumen; inventory or supply chain experience is a plus.
