Summary
Lead a multi-year transformation for Store Fulfillment focused on Order Capture & Release, owning strategy, roadmap, and outcomes that scale across 400+ stores. Partner with Product & Technology, Store Operations, Digital, Supply Chain, and Transportation to define and deploy capabilities that improve on-time performance, productivity, accuracy, and cost-per-order. Translate operational realities into prioritized problem statements, measurable success metrics, and sustained adoption across field teams.
Responsibilities
- Define and own end-to-end transformation program areas, outcomes, and trade-offs for Order Capture & Release.
- Create sequenced, multi-year roadmaps balancing near-term stabilization and long-term capability building.
- Convert operational pain points into prioritized requirements and success metrics for product and engineering teams.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration across Product, Technology, Store Operations, Supply Chain, Transportation, and Digital to align roadmaps and deliver solutions.
- Drive change management, training, and adoption with frontline teams and store leaders to sustain program benefits.
- Measure impact, validate results pre- and post-launch, and iterate using data-led insights.
Requirements
- 5+ years of program management experience with demonstrated successful program delivery.
- 5+ years of related experience in omnichannel retail operations, store operations, supply chain, or last-mile fulfillment.
- Proven track record owning and delivering major programs or workstreams and redesigning workflows across multiple sites.
- Strong data-driven decision making with experience defining success metrics and partnering with analytics teams.
- Experience collaborating with Product, Technology, UX, and business partners to translate needs into actionable requirements.
- Familiarity with LEAN principles, continuous improvement, and experience leveraging analytics or AI-driven solutions.
- Proficiency with program tools such as Excel, Jira, Confluence, Aha!, Tableau, Looker, Power BI; SQL a plus.
