Summary
As a Senior Operations Controller you will contribute to the boutique's operational governance, inventory integrity, compliance, and luxury service enablement at the Las Vegas location. You will support day-to-day operations by troubleshooting operational, facilities, and stockroom issues and by ensuring accurate inventory through cycle counts and reconciliations. You will work closely with store management and sales teams to enable exceptional client experiences.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and execute shipping and receiving processes and report issues to management.
- Ensure timely movement of merchandise, including transfers, RTVs, and handling damages.
- Maintain accurate and organized inventory through cycle counts and scheduled inventories; reconcile discrepancies.
- Develop and share ideas to increase efficiency and reduce operational costs.
- Support the sales team to ensure the highest level of client experience.
- Process repairs and damages according to company guidelines and manage merchandise packing and storage.
- Assist with physical maintenance of the boutique and place orders for store and office supplies.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures, security guidelines, and stock control standards.
Requirements
- 3+ years of senior retail operations experience with strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of stock control procedures and inventory management software for receiving, tracking, and storing merchandise.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in stock management processes.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple tasks, and communicate effectively with store teams.
- Flexibility to work varied hours including weekends and holidays and ability to meet physical requirements such as lifting and climbing.
