Summary
Senior individual contributor responsible for sourcing and development of fabric and trim across the Americas region, ensuring quality, cost and on-time delivery while partnering cross functionally and maintaining supplier and quality systems.
Responsibilities
- Drive development and procurement of fabric and trim to meet regional needs
- Ensure raw materials are approved to gold standards for price quality and color
- Manage platforming of greige and onboarding and exit of Tier 2 suppliers
- Track liability fabrics and related financial commitments in systems
- Maintain supplier partnerships and host supplier meetings as needed
- Ensure on-time delivery of all fabrics and trims and escalate issues
- Drive regional color approvals and ensure RL quality standards are met
- Follow product file processes and Responsible Purchasing Practices
- Provide weekly status updates and travel to Tier 2 mills as required
Requirements
- Proven senior leadership experience in international production and sourcing
- Substantial knowledge of trade regulations logistics procurement and inventory management
- Experience with financial analysis internal controls and vendor due diligence
- Ability to develop and implement tools and processes to improve efficiency
- Strong written and verbal communication and influencing skills
- Ability to build cross functional relationships and lead collaborative teams
- Professional presence with sound business judgment and integrity
- Ability to travel as needed
