Summary
Senior Sourcing Manager responsible for driving regional sourcing strategy for non Asia markets to diversify supply chain and develop nearshore manufacturing capabilities for home textiles and accessories. Role oversees supplier relationships, capacity planning, quality standards, and partners with cross functional teams to support business growth and strategic sourcing projects.
Responsibilities
- Develop regional suppliers and assess capabilities in Europe, Turkey, North Africa and Americas
- Manage supplier relationships including onboarding and engagement strategies
- Drive cost optimization and manufacturing process improvements
- Maintain supplier scorecards covering MOQ, quality, on time delivery and leadtime
- Strategic capacity planning and allocation
- Manage delivery schedules and commitments
- Oversee supply chain risk management and compliance monitoring
- Report on KPIs, market intelligence and macroeconomic impacts
- Partner with Product Management Design and Operations on seasonal sourcing and vendor performance
Requirements
- 7+ years of sourcing experience in home textiles accessories or related consumer goods
- Experience in vendor development and international relationship management
- Strong negotiation analytical and project management skills
- Deep understanding of home category materials and manufacturing processes
- Knowledge of quality standards testing requirements and compliance regulations
- Proven track record of cost savings and process improvements
- Proficiency in sourcing systems such as VMS o9 SAP Microstrategy is a plus
