Summary
Senior Sales Associate responsible for delivering exceptional client experiences and driving sales performance at the Halton Hills location. The role focuses on clientelling, achieving sales and KPI targets, supporting daily store operations, and contributing to team training and events. This position requires a strong retail sales mindset and the ability to maintain client relationships through after sales service and follow up.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional client experience as a Brand Ambassador and promote the Retail Excellence Program
- Meet and exceed sales goals and client data capture targets
- Create and foster genuine client relationships to drive KPIs including sales, UPT, and ATV
- Maintain client relationships through after sales service such as thank you notes and follow up calls
- Support daily store operations including opening and closing registers, visual maintenance, and inventory tasks
- Follow policies and procedures and use proper tools and equipment to ensure operational excellence
- Maintain seamless inventory operations and open and close consignments
- Process returns and exchanges accurately
- Support the sales team through coaching and training and develop business driving initiatives and events
Requirements
- Minimum of three years of experience in a retail environment
- Full understanding of specialty retail and proven track record in clientelling
- Ability to thrive in a high paced retail environment
- Strong multitasking skills while maintaining daily responsibilities
- Entrepreneurial, sales focused personality with strong communication skills
