Job Description

Summary

Senior Sales Associate responsible for representing the brand at The Domain location, delivering exceptional luxury client experiences, driving sales and supporting store operations. This role focuses on client relationship management, achieving sales targets, and promoting retail excellence through events and personalized service.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a brand ambassador and deliver exceptional client experiences
  • Meet and exceed daily, monthly, and yearly sales targets
  • Capture client data and maintain ongoing client relationships
  • Support and execute events, contests, and business driving initiatives
  • Process returns, exchanges, consignments, and handle product repairs
  • Provide after sales service including follow up and thank you communications
  • Collaborate with peers and management to drive team performance
  • Advise clients on product fit and maintenance

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years experience in a retail environment
  • Luxury retail experience preferred
  • Strong clienteling and relationship building skills
  • Proven ability to drive sales and meet KPIs such as UPT and ATV
  • Effective communication and partnership skills with clients and team
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast paced environment
  • Basic computer skills including POS, Word, Excel, and email
