Senior Sales Associate - Toronto Dufferin

Summary

As a Senior Sales Associate you will drive sales and cultivate long-term client relationships while supporting daily store operations. The role requires meeting and exceeding sales and client data capture targets, delivering exceptional after-sales service, and contributing to team coaching and events. You will also assist with inventory, visual standards, and register operations to ensure operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed daily, monthly, and yearly sales targets and client data capture goals
• Create and maintain genuine client relationships including after-sales follow up and service
• Support daily store operations: opening and closing registers, visual maintenance, inventory tasks, and consignment handling
• Process returns and exchanges and maintain seamless inventory operations throughout the day
• Develop and support business-driving initiatives, contests, and events and coach team members

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of retail experience
• Organizational skills, accuracy, and reliability
• Computer proficiency including retail POS, Word, Excel, and email
• Proven track record in clientelling and ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment
• Strong multitasking ability and an entrepreneurial, sales-focused personality
