Service Lead

Summary

The Service Lead supervises the sales team on the retail floor to deliver exceptional customer experiences and achieve sales goals. This role coaches associates, manages customer flow, and supports store operations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, motivate, and coach sales associates to improve service, selling skills, and KPI performance.
• Manage customer flow and help ensure each client receives a memorable brand experience.
• Partner with store management and other teams on training, performance development, and sales goals.
• Resolve customer issues, support digital experiences, and assist with opening and closing procedures.

Requirements

• One to two years of supervisory or management experience in retail sales.
• Advanced knowledge of POS systems.
• Experience with Apple mobile devices and comfort using digital tools.
