Responsibilities- Verify that all shipments arrive secure and complete, matching goods received to descriptions on documents and reporting any discrepancies to management.
- Distribute goods to the appropriate department and complete customer mail-outs daily with proper documentation.
- Prepare all outgoing freight to company stores or distribution centers with proper documentation.
- Control and replenish supplies as requested by the General Manager and perform maintenance duties as required.
- Read and execute transfer documents, shipping documents, alteration documents, inventory count sheets, UPS/FED-EX documents, sales tickets, vendor packing slips, invoices, and other support-related documents.
- Maintain knowledge of shrinkage control and company regulations on handling problems and reporting violations.
Requirements- Minimum 2 years of related experience.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and reliable.
- Ability to collaborate and work within a team environment.
