Shoe Ambassador

Summary

The Shoe Ambassador supports the day-to-day Dior shoe business while working with the Neiman Marcus team. The role focuses on sales support, client experience, recruitment, operations, and visual merchandising.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day sales and operational support for the shoe business.
• Support the client journey and client recruitment.
• Assist with visual merchandising.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of retail operations, cashier, or sales support experience; luxury retail experience is preferred.
• Availability to work full-time, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as business needs require.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, organizational, and follow-through skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and move, lift, and handle merchandise, fixtures, and supplies as required.
• Commitment to company policies, procedures, regulations, and standards.
