Summary
The Shoe Ambassador supports the Dior shoe business at the leased Neiman Marcus location by delivering exceptional client service, driving sales, and maintaining operational and visual standards. This role partners with store teams to provide product knowledge, training, and day-to-day sales support. The ambassador also manages POS transactions, inventory accuracy, and boutique presentation.
Responsibilities
- Create a welcoming client experience and deliver personalized service and brand storytelling to drive sales.
- Provide training, styling guidance, and product insights to leased department store teams.
- Execute and maintain Dior visual merchandising and boutique presentation standards.
- Process POS transactions accurately and follow payment and retention procedures.
- Support inventory cycles, counts, stock audits, and manage product movements and shipments.
- Prepare and package client purchases to presentation standards and support boutique opening and closing procedures.
- Maintain stockroom organization, cleanliness, and daily operational tasks.
- Complete required reporting, sales reconciliation, and communicate client feedback and business opportunities to management.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of retail operations, cashier, or sales support experience; luxury retail preferred.
- Ability to work a full-time schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, organizational, and follow-through skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and regularly move, lift, and handle merchandise and fixtures.
- Demonstrated attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Commitment to upholding company policies, procedures, safety, security, and compliance standards.
