Showroom Manager

The Showroom Manager will be responsible for managing general showroom functions, focusing on excellent client service and creating a professional environment for staff. The role involves setting standards for colleagues and collaborating with the management team.

• Achieve and exceed sales goals through strategies and client relationships.
• Evaluate team performance and provide coaching for service and selling priorities.
• Stay informed on market competition and client shopping behaviors.
• Demonstrate business acumen in forecasting, planning, and budgeting.
• Manage daily operational tasks according to company standards.
• Assist with recruitment and retention efforts.
• Lead within the building in support of the Showroom Director.
• Support teamwork, trust, and collaboration with peers and clients.
• Develop product knowledge and train the team on current collections.
• Foster a showroom environment that delivers a luxury client experience.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management.

• 2+ years of retail service experience, preferably in luxury retail.
• Knowledge of watch trends and market competition.
• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• Proficiency with MS Office and retail systems.
• Effective communication skills with clients and team.
