Summary
The Specialist, Designated Beauty Advisor builds deep lasting customer relationships to drive brand sales and achieve assigned sales targets. This role requires expert product knowledge, collaboration with buyers and management, and active participation in brand marketing and educational initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Deliver extraordinary customer service to all clients
- Exceed personal and brand sales and service targets
- Acquire new customers and develop and retain a loyal client base
- Share product knowledge with the selling team and attend educational sessions
- Maintain relationships with buyer vendor and selling manager
- Drive brand sales through marketing opportunities and event execution
- Perform floor recovery visual merchandising price changes and sales support tasks
- Communicate regularly with personal clients via phone mail and electronic methods
- Resolve customer service issues and comply with health safety and privacy policies
Requirements
- High school diploma
- Minimum of two years experience in a commission-based sales environment
- Prior luxury retail product specialist experience preferred
- Proven ability to exceed sales targets
- Highly collaborative and able to work in a team environment
- Able to multi-task in a fast paced environment with minimal supervision
- Flexible schedule including nights weekends and holidays
- Entrepreneurial competitive self confident and self-motivated
- Fully bilingual in French and English
