Summary

The Specialist, Designated Beauty Advisor develops deep, long lasting relationships with customers to drive sales, service, and loyalty for an assigned beauty brand. This role achieves personal and brand sales targets, shares product expertise with the store team, and supports brand initiatives and events.

Responsibilities

• Deliver extraordinary customer service consistently
• Meet and exceed personal sales and service goals
• Drive brand sales through client acquisition and retention
• Communicate regularly with personal clients about events and merchandise
• Support marketing opportunities and event execution for the brand
• Attend product knowledge and vendor educational sessions
• Perform floor recovery, visual merchandising, price changes, and sales support
• Maintain relationships with buyer, vendor, and selling manager
• Ensure compliance with privacy and health and safety policies

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of two years experience in a commission-based sales environment
• Prior luxury retail product specialist experience preferred
• Proven ability to exceed sales targets
• Strong customer relationship and communication skills
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Entrepreneurial, competitive, self-motivated attitude
• Fully bilingual in French and English
