Specialist EDI

As a Specialist EDI at Holt Renfrew, you will play a crucial role in implementing and supporting EDI with the Vendor Community and internal business partners, aligning with Holt Renfrew's business objectives. You will be the main point of contact for all EDI issues and will work closely with various stakeholders to ensure seamless EDI operations.

• Monitor EDI transmissions and coordinate with Holt Renfrew business areas, OpenText, and Vendor Community as required.
• Serve as the main point of contact for all EDI issues for Holt Renfrew business areas and Vendor Community.
• Onboard new vendors to EDI.
• Review and revise vendor technology documents according to business needs.
• Create and maintain databases for tracking EDI statistics.
• Develop, maintain, and communicate EDI documentation.
• Participate in vendor meetings.

• Post-secondary degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of EDI or Supply Chain experience.
• Advanced technical skills, with SAP preferred.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to problem solve and work independently.
• Strong knowledge of EDI transactions and VICS standards.
• Passion for fashion and luxury retailing.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Intermediate or advanced knowledge in Microsoft Excel.
