Specialized Operations Associate

As a Specialized Operations Associate, you will be responsible for the daily operations of the General Office and Jewelry Department under the guidance of the Assistant General Manager, Operations. You will ensure smooth operational functions and maintain high standards in both general office and jewelry operations.

• Open the store, manage safe, controller, registers, and distribute reports.
• Maintain daily functions including cash entry, bank deposits, chargebacks reconciliation, and cash counting.
• Resolve customer issues, process bills, and track customer packages.
• Follow Jewelry Standards and Shipping Guidelines, process re-tickets, RTVs, Transfers, ASN Shipments, and price changes.
• Manage merchandise returns/transfers, maintain repair logs, and handle special order requests.
• Ensure Internal Audit readiness and assist on the selling floor as needed.
• Process Fulfillment orders and handle ad hoc responsibilities.

• Strong communication skills and ability to establish positive interpersonal relationships.
• Proficiency in Google, MS Office, and adaptability to changing technology.
• Ability to lift cartons up to 15 lbs, climb ladders, and handle merchandise racks and carts.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with minimal supervision.
• Flexibility to work a schedule as per business needs.
• 2+ years of experience in a similar role.
