Responsibilities- Manage B2B projects by overseeing workstreams, timelines, and accountability.
- Update project trackers and follow up with contributors for status updates.
- Support invoicing processes and maintain budget trackers.
- Source content for campaigns in collaboration with brand teams.
- Provide weekly performance updates and identify trends in sales data.
- Update monthly and quarterly performance decks.
- Collaborate with commercial teams for business updates on eB2B subchannel.
- Conduct commercial, financial, and investment analysis for eB2B campaigns.
- Work with local and global teams to compile regional insights for worldwide reporting.
- Ensure data harmonization and effective dashboard functionality with the Data Product Management team.
- Provide guidance and support to Accounting and Finance teams.
- Identify new opportunities and take on challenges with a positive attitude.
Requirements- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 1-3 years of digital marketing experience, preferably in luxury consumer goods, U.S. wines and spirits, e-commerce, and e-business.
- Experience in the Wines and Spirits industry is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Commitment to accuracy and attention to detail.
