Sr. Manager, Selling Journey

Summary

The Sr. Manager, Selling Journey leads online merchandising strategies and execution to improve the customer experience and business performance across devices. This role partners with buying, planning, digital marketing, and site teams to strengthen navigation, assortment presentation, site content, and campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team in executing merchandising strategies for navigation, on-site search, assortment layout, site content, and enhancements.
• Analyze customer interactions across devices and provide actionable recommendations to improve conversion, margin, and sales.
• Collaborate with Buying and Planning teams to optimize business opportunities.
• Plan and implement on-site campaigns and marketing assets, and support SEO, search, and affiliate initiatives.
• Work with other site merchandise managers to develop cross-site strategies and a consistent customer experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university.
• At least 5 years of direct experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to think creatively, strategically, and technically, and work across functions.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and flexibility to meet department and company needs.
