Stock And Fulfillment

Summary

Responsible for receiving and processing inbound merchandise, fulfilling customer orders, and maintaining organized selling floors and stockrooms. Works early start times and supports store operations through shipping, inventory processing, and general store support tasks.

Responsibilities

• Receive and unload freight and unpack merchandise
• Deliver newly arrived merchandise to selling departments
• Fulfill and prepare customer orders following packing and shipping standards
• Utilize inventory management systems to scan and process shipments
• Research and resolve inventory discrepancies per control processes
• Assist in maintaining clean and organized selling floors and stockrooms
• Support store events, markdowns, and fixture relocations
• Perform regular lifting and movement of merchandise

Requirements

• Ability to start work at 4am and maintain an early schedule
• Experience working in a fast paced retail or logistics environment
• Strong ownership, accountability, and initiative
• Organizational skills and attention to detail
• Comfort using various technologies and computer applications
• Ability to frequently lift up to 25 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds
• Flexibility to work variable schedules based on business needs
