Stock Associate - Luxury Row

Summary

The Stock Associate will maintain back-of-house operations and support the sales and management team on the salesfloor, reporting to the Store Director and working with internal Operations partners. This role focuses on receiving, processing, organizing, and preparing inventory for audits and client orders. The position ensures stockroom and salesfloor visual and organizational standards are met while providing occasional salesfloor support.

Responsibilities

• Maintain organization and cleanliness of the stockroom and salesfloor to company standards
• Receive and ship product deliveries on a weekly basis
• Communicate shipment discrepancies to Store Director and Operations partners promptly
• Process internal product transfers and client orders promptly
• Prepare and execute weekly cycle counts of product categories
• Prepare stockroom and salesfloor for annual inventory
• Liaise with Operations to resolve inventory discrepancies and adjustments
• Manage supply orders from internal and external vendors
• Support sales team on the salesfloor as needed

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of retail experience, luxury or contemporary preferred
• Strong organizational skills with keen eye for detail
• Experience with shipping programs, inventory management, and inventory audits
• Strong working knowledge of Excel
• Proactive and team centric attitude
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds
