Inventory Control Specialist - Waikiki

As an Inventory Control Specialist at Hermès Waikiki, you will play a crucial role in managing the store's inventory, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in a luxury retail environment. You will collaborate with the sales and support teams to enhance the client experience.

• Receive and process packages and merchandise into store inventory accurately and efficiently.
• Ticket merchandise and generate packing and shipping transfers and RTV of merchandise to other locations.
• Maintain accurate records of receiving and shipping merchandise.
• Support store management in organizing, conducting, and reconciling weekly cycle counts and bi-annual inventories.
• Order and maintain adequate stock levels in shipping, selling, store, and kitchen supplies.
• Process, record, and follow up on all after-sales services.
• Analyze business needs and develop inventory strategies to support the selling process.

• 2+ years of experience in operations, preferably in a luxury environment.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to analyze information and problem-solve.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task with accuracy.
• Experience with technology and internal systems, as well as external shipping software programs.
• Ability to lift between 0-25 lbs. without assistance.
